Our Team

Jarryd Osborne

Advisor and Founder

Founder and operator of a few businesses prior to ARK.  After a couple failed business ventures, Jarryd went out to search for a business to buy of his own.  During his 3 year long search he saw so much disogranization, complexitiy, and the obvious potenital for improvements in the acquistion process.   He also found out that many sellers were simply were not financially in position to exit and/or their company wasn't attracting buyers who would pay maxium value. Through social media channels he shared his journey.  Through fate, he had numerous  people reach out to him to help advise them on growing and selling a company, from there he decied to start advising full-time.  As a serial entrepreneur, consultant, and M&A advisor with a decade of  business ownership experience, he finds it extremely rewarding helping others grow their business  and eventually achieve the dream exit.  He has 3 kids and a loving & supprting wife.   When he is not advising, he is golfing, spending time with family, or eating Korean-bar-b que.

Eric Pacifici

Advisor

Founder and partner of SMB Law Group LLP, a boutique transactional law firm focused on servicing clients in the small- and medium-sized business community. Eric is a trusted deal lawyer with extensive M&A and capital markets experience. Prior to forming SMB Law Group, he worked for elite law firms such as Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. During that time, he worked on high-stakes transactions for clients such as Amazon.com, Jerry Jones and Banc of America Securities LLC. Eric has twice been selected as a “Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers for M&A.

Neil Saxon

Advisor

US Navy veteran and experienced business operator and investor. Formerly was Owner and CFO of New Day Psychotherapy Group which was sold in 2020 to LifeStance Health. Prior to that Neil was Owner at SoCal Skylights which was acquired by Solatube International in 2017. In addition to being a Board Member, Neil operates Saxon Business Consulting assisting business operators with financial reporting, growth plans, and ultimately preparing to sell.
